Source to Sea is a Greater Sydney Landcare event held to celebrate the place that our rivers have in the natural environment of the Sydney Basin. This video (below) shows some of the activities that are undertaken as part of this important educational event and some of the people who participated.


Creating change in our catchment it is a major priority of the activities of the Greater Sydney Landcare Network. This video captures the launch of the Living River – a project aiming to make the Parramatta River a place to swim by 2025.


One of the Greater Sydney Landcare Network is concerned with water catchments and rivers throughout the Sydney Basin. In this video, soil scientist and avid historian Dr Peter Mitchell speaks about the changing landscape of the Parramatta River catchment through geological time, aboriginal life and the recent human history.
