Cumberland Plain Landcare and Bushcare Support Program

The weekend of February 11 and 12, 2017 is going to be a good one! The Greater Sydney Landcare Network is working with Cumberland Land Conservancy and Penrith City Council to hold special events at two regular volunteer bush regeneration sites at Mulgoa and Regentville.


Saturday 11th Feb is planned for Wallaroo, Mulgoa and promises to be a big volunteer day with informal training about the fauna of western Sydney. Volunteers will be invited to camp out on the saturday night with entertainment including bush poetry and star gazing. All catering is included.

Sunday 12th Feb begins with a bird watch at 7am at Schoolhouse Creek, Regentville. A site full of Eastern Water Dragons come along, help out the Bushcare group and learn about birds and reptiles on the creeks of western Sydney. All catering included.
